Our Nation will soon be in the hands of our youth. Does that thought scare you?

Many of today’s teens are reaching out for help, rebelling, and or getting lost in the shuffle. My wife, Holly, and I are experiencing this right now. Our niece, Kodi, is presently enrolled in her third program for troubled teens and is now on the road to success!

Over the past three years, we have encountered several life preservers that have helped us stay afloat, educate us, support us, and get Kodi and numerous other teens the help they need. One agency in particular, TAPS (Teen Adolescent Placement Services), has been our backbone every step of the way. When a troubled teen enters your picture, answers and solutions are out of focus. TAPS (based in Oceanside) is an organization devoted to providing assistance to families with troubled and out-of-control youth. TAPS works with the whole family to bring shared direction using a combination of behavior modification programs, therapy, and counseling.

 Please join us in a fund raising effort to strengthen TAPS and offer scholarships to troubled and needy teens. The second annual DINNER WITH THE PROS is shaping up to be a great and unique opportunity to visit with professional athletes from MLB, NFL and the golf world. My friends Phil Nevin (12 years in MLB) and Tina Mickelson (Golf pro, TV golf analyst) have teamed up with us this year to ensure an exciting celebrity field. We invite you to be a significant influence in reaching out to save a troubled youth. We invite you to help assist TAPS in broadening their efforts and to participate in a very special and entertaining evening.
